The IOE 2024 Secretariat will still be in operation to attend to any communication after August 2024.

Will I have the opportunity to experience the culture and tradition of Botswana while in Gaborone?
Yes, cultural displays are included in the event details at the venue for your pleasure. Further, the Expo Host is organising an optional visit/tour of Botswana culture and institutions.
How do I get to the event venue from my designated hotel?
Regular transport will be provided from the designated hotels to the Expo venue and back throughout the event.
How do I get to my designated hotel from the airport?
Transport will be provided from and to the airport on arrival and departure from the designated hotels.
How do I book hotel accommodation at the Expo rate?
We have designated hotels on the Expo website. Hotels may demand evidence of confirmed registration before booking your request at the Expo rate.
Can I make my own accommodation arrangements outside those designated?
