What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations are valid, and refunds will be made subject to the following conditions:

  1. Notifying the IOE 2027 Secretariat by e-mail of your intention to cancel. (Email: ioe2027@gmsiuk.com)
  2. Requests for cancellation received by 31 January 2027 qualify for 100% refund.
  3. Requests for cancellation received from 1 March 2027 will attract 25% bank and administrative charges. (See Contact Us page)
  4. Regrettably, requests for refund will not be entertained and payable on and after 01/05/2027.
