In its third edition, the International Ombud Expo offers an unparalleled experience with valuable learning outcomes for policymakers, practitioners, and scholars. The Expo’s overarching goal is to present a rich diversity of ombud institutions, human rights bodies, and related oversight and governance organisations—across different forms, sizes, and orientations. It will showcase their work and highlight how they contribute to improving governance and organisational performance worldwide.

Exhibitors and participants will have a unique opportunity to share experiences, build networks, and strengthen their institutional capacity.

No one understands your organisation better than you do. You are therefore best placed to determine how your good practices and lessons learned can be most effectively presented. By way of guidance, suggested materials for display at your booth may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Reports and official publications
  2. Audio visual displays on role, operations and performance
  3. Media reports and excerpts
  4. Campaign publication of organisation’s services and other literatures
  5. Physical evidence of achievements and success stories
  6. Technology use and business processes, IT software
  7. Documentary videos and online sources
  8. Training and capacity development materials
  9. Book publications and other intellectual materials
  10. Cultural artefacts

Each registered exhibitor must be accompanied by a minimum of two fully registered participants. They will receive a booth measuring about 3 x 3 x 8 metres, including appropriate name signage, one table, two chairs, and electrical connections for equipment. Additional requirements may be arranged upon request at the exhibitor’s expense.

Exhibitors are expected to have at least one staff member present at their booth at all times to engage with visitors and respond to inquiries.

Interpretation services in the official languages of the Expo will be available.

Please contact the IOE 2027 Secretariat about your intention and you will be appropriately guided. (Email: ioe2027@gmsiuk.com)
