Yes indeed. Cultural displays are included in the event details at the venue for your pleasure. Delegates are encouraged to bring along their cultural materials to share and showcase in the International Cultural Night.
Regular transport may be provided from the designated hotels to the Expo venue and back throughout the event. All designated hotels are within reasonable walking/driving distance to the venue. Average taxi fare from designated hotels to Expo venue is USD 15 to USD 25.
Transport may be provided from and to the airport on arrival and departure from the designated hotels. Average taxi fare from airport to designated hotels is USD 35 to USD 45.
English is the principal language and interpreters will be available for Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Lodging and Accommodation
The Expo website shows the range of hotels and room-types that are available for your consideration. Delegates are at liberty to make hotel/accommodation bookings as they find convenient.
We have designated hotels on the Expo website. Hotels may demand evidence of confirmed registration before booking your request at the Expo rate. Delegates are at liberty to make hotel/accommodation bookings as they find convenient.

Registration
Cancellations are valid, and refunds will be made subject to the following conditions:
- Notifying the IOE 2027 Secretariat by e-mail of your intention to cancel. (Email: ioe2027@gmsiuk.com)
- Requests for cancellation received by 31 January 2027 qualify for 100% refund.
- Requests for cancellation received from 1 March 2027 will attract 25% bank and administrative charges. (See Contact Us page)
- Regrettably, requests for refund will not be entertained and payable on and after 01/05/2027.

Yes. You will receive an immediate confirmatory e-mail after which the IOE 2027
Secretariat will email you separately at the address provided with an invoice as well as other documentations towards your participation as exhibitor and or participant.

Once the necessary registration and payment have been done, you will be issued with a formal invitation letter to support your visa application to attend the Expo.
