Hello. I am Hon. Chille Igbawua, the Chief Public Complaints Commissioner and Ombudsman of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
As Chief Host of the International Ombud Expo 2019, it gives me great pleasure to invite you and your organisation to the first ever International Ombud Expo to hold in Sheraton Abuja from 28 – 31 October 2019. This historic event aims to bring together over 500 ombud offices, grievance handlers and similar complaints bodies from over 100 countries to participate in a major exhibition of their role, operations and performance impact. They will be joined by a wide range of service providers and professional bodies, which support and facilitate them in making a difference in governments and organisations across the world.
The International Ombud Expo 2019 is unprecedented in the over 200 years’ history of the modern ombudsman institution.
