What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations are valid, and refunds will be made subject to the following conditions:

1. Notifying the IOE 2024 Secretariat by e-mail of your intention to cancel. (Email: ioe2024@gmsiuk.com)
2. Requests for cancellation received by 31 March 2024 qualify for 100% refund.
3. Requests for cancellation received from 1 April 2024 will attract 35% bank and administrative charges.
4. Regrettably, requests for refund will not be entertained and payable on and after 1 July 2024.
